This LCD inverter was purchased new about three months ago.  I used it to try to replace the inverter in an old HP Pavilion zt1260 laptop to try to get the LCD backlight working again, but the attempt did not fix the problem.

Since the LCD inverter did not fix the problem, I removed it and put the old one back into the laptop again so that this newer one could be re-sold.  This is the LCD inverter that is being sold in this auction.

I have no way to test if this LCD inverter actually works or not, since the monitor backlight did not work with either the new inverter or the old inverter installed.  Something else might be wrong with the backlight and both of the inverters might work just fine, I am not sure, but the one for sale here is nearly new.  Please take a close-up look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
